Before you start

Add a contact

A contact is an individual or business who you have interactions with. You can add a contact, then set a relationship to a client and grant them access to Client Center.

  1. In Onvio Center, choose Setup, then All Contacts.
  2. Select Add.
  3. Enter a Name.
  4. Optionally, you can mark the contact as Confidential, add relationships, define the fiscal year and grant Client Center access to the contact.
  5. Select Save when you're finished.

Notes:

  • The fields that appear on the General tab vary depending on the selection you made in the Entity Type field. The default entity type is Individual.
  • You can upload a photo of the contact by clicking the circle left of the contact's name at the top of the page.
