Add a client
Before you start
Make sure you're assigned to a permission group that has Clients enabled.
Add a client
While you work in Onvio you can add new clients as needed. When you need to choose a client that doesn't exist, select Add a New Client or Add a Client at the bottom of the list of existing clients.
- In Onvio Center, select Setup, then Clients.
- Select Add.
- Enter an ID and Name.
- Choose the Entity Type for the client.
- Optionally, you can mark the client as confidential, add relationships and grant Client Center access to the client.
Note:
- Only Individuals can have access to Onvio Client Center. Add an individual contact as a relationship, then grant them Client Center access on behalf of the client.
- Each email address must be unique for the associated contact.
- Select Save when you're finished.
