Edit permission groups
Before you start
- You need to be logged in as a staff member with administrative permissions to edit permission groups.
- You can't edit the Administrative Permissions and All Functionality and Non-confidential Data system groups, but you can add or remove members.
Edit permission groups
- In Onvio Center, open the Setup menu and select Permission groups.
- Mark the checkbox next to the permission group you'd like to edit.
- Select Edit.
- Use Next to visit each page to make changes. You can edit the permission group name, description, features and functions, data access, and group members.
- Select Done to finish.
- Staff members need to sign out and sign in again to see changes to their permissions.
