Check registration for Client Center
After inviting a client to register for the Onvio Client Center, you can check whether they have registered and resend the email invitation if necessary.
- Choose Setup > Clients from the menu bar .
- In the table of clients, select Edit in the Actions column to the left of the client's name.
- Select the Client Center Access tab.
- The client's name and registration status are shown. Make sure that the Client Center toggle button is switched on.
- Select the Show Details link. The client's email address and the date when the email invitation was sent are shown.
- If you want to resend the email invitation, select the Yes link.
