Manage multiple devices for multi-factor authentication
You can pair more than one multi-factor authentication (MFA) device with your Client Center login credentials. Having more than one device associated with your account helps ensure that you won't get locked out of your applications if your primary device is lost or inaccessible.

Complete these steps to add an additional MFA device to your account.
- Install the Thomson Reuters Authenticator or another TOTP-compliant authenticator app on the new MFA device that you intend to pair with your account.
- Log in to Client Center.
- Click your profile and then click Edit Profile.
- On the Profile panel, choose the Multi-factor Authentication tab. Your paired MFA devices are listed here.
- Click the Add option link and enter your password.
- Follow the prompts to pair your additional device with your account.
